‘bomen zijn als mensen - trees are as humans’

During this group exposition Andreas Hetfeld will show a new series of work, titled as ‘Mein Freund der Baum’. The monumental sculptures, that will be shown in public for the first time, consist of six 100 year old oak logs. The theme of this sculpture is the connection between man and nature. Andreas made this group of sculptures in response to the death of his wife, who died two years ago. For every single sculpture he has written a personal text.
The opening of this event will take place on the 7th of October at 3pm local time.
